Stay Warm for the Festivities

Shortly after Thanksgiving (November 30th, to be precise), a large Christmas tree is lit in Rockefeller Center in New York City. This is a very exciting time, and thousands of people come out for this joyous event. Musical stars perform to set the mood and those watching squeeze through to get the best view. The tree, usually a Norway Spruce, is draped in 30,000 LED lights on 5 miles of wire, and the tree is topped with a Swarovski crystal star. New York is fancy in that way.

No matter where you are in the world, when you are celebrating a holiday festivity, such as tree lighting or sledding, it can be cold! It seems that your 8 layers of tops, 2 layers of pants, gloves, and beanie just aren’t cutting it, especially since wind-breakers can’t even shield you from the biting wind. At this freezing moment, a warm drink appears to be the cure, whether it is steaming tea or hot coffee. When the weather outside is frightful, here are some excellent beverages that will warm you up, from the inside out.

{Starbucks Hot Chocolate}

{Seattle's Best - Mocha: Coffee Hazel Nut, Cookies and Mint, Chocolate Cherry, Coffee Cream Pie}

{Coffee Bean Tea and Leaf Cappuccino}

{Dunkin Donuts Espresso}

{Tully's Pumpkin Spice Latte}
