It’s about time for a little zest and sunshine. Now that winter is over, we have sunshine (and April showers) to look forward to! No other fruit reminds me spring and summer more than a zesty lemon. Lemon sorbet is a refreshing way to top of dinner or to rejuvenate during the day. Pair with Little Miss Sunshine for an added dose of sunshine.
