Eat This + Watch This

Eat this:

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, as you are “breaking the fast.” Eating a healthy breakfast is vital if you want to maintain productivity throughout the day. When I have a big day ahead of me, I make sure to eat a breakfast that will get me through the morning and afternoon. However, I also don’t want to stuff myself to the point of being sick. My go-to meal is the classic breakfast sandwich, with which I also enjoy a bowl of fruit and glass of orange juice. This breakfast sandwich is an American breakfast condensed into one yummy handheld meal. To keep things interesting I will cook different variations of the eggs and use different meats and cheeses. Eat your breakfast sandwich while you watch The Breakfast Club.

Here is my recipe to this delightful little sandwich:

Ingredients
1. 2 eggs
2. 1 whole english muffin
3. bacon or ham
4. American cheese or cheddar cheese
5. butter (for english muffin)

How to Make:
1. Cook the ham or bacon in a frying pan
2. In another pan, scramble the eggs or cook over easy
3. Spread butter on the insides of the english muffin and toast
4. Place cheese over one half of hot english muffin
5. Put egg and bacon/ham on top of cheese and cover with the other english muffin half
