A Brownie A Day

I can’t start watching a movie without a snack by my side. One snack in particular that is sweet and comforting is the classic brownie. Bake a batch of these double-chocolate brownies and pour yourself a cold glass of milk. I used 4 ounces of semi-sweet chocolate instead of 6 ounces, and it ended up being the right amount of chocolate. 15 minutes was just enough time to bake the brownie all the way through. I like to take my brownies (cookies, cakes, and cupcakes) out of the oven about 5 minutes earlier so it will have a fudgier and softer taste. This was the best recipe I’ve found for brownies, and I guarantee that the entire batch will be gone by the end of the night!
